Thorsten Stein
Napolitan Pizza School, founded in Cape Coral, Florida by Thorsten Stein with the purpose to promote the culinary art and tradition of the Neapolitan Pizza. Mr.Stein started his Culinary path with a Chef training in the 5 Star Hotel, called Steigenberger "Mannheimer Hof" in Mannheim, Germany in 1991. He was awarded Best Baker and Bakery in 2003 by the
No.1 Food Magazine "Schrot und Korn" and "Der Feinschmecker" in Germany. With his passion for dough Mr. Stein wanted to to learn the secrets about neapolitan pizza and wanted to be the best in what he does best. He got trained as pizzaiolo by two Master Pizzaiolo's to get the most knowledge about the art of neapolitan pizza possible. After running his successful Bakery,
Food Trucks and Restaurant in Cape Coral and South West Florida, he thought it was time for a change and decided to open the
Neapolitan Pizza School were he provides training and the understanding of dough and Authentic Neapolitan Pizza and get you ready to cook the best pizza & breads for your family and friends or to open your own business/restaurant.
Our classes are held weekly at the Neapoltan Pizza School in Cape Coral or at your location.
