The Vesuvio100 pizza oven is a 40″ Naples-style fully assembled pizza oven made from our Casa modular oven kit and UL certified for indoor or outdoor kitchen installation.  Can bake 3 to 4 – 10″ pizzas at a time.  Capable of cooking up to 70 pizzas per hour, this pizza oven accommodates large family gatherings.  Easily installed with proper equipment like a fork-truck or similar lift.  Features a beautiful tiled enclosure with the traditional center vent, with or without metal stand, easily mounted on a countertop.  chimney, oven door, and thermometer. The Vesuvio Series makes a great visual statement and bakes Pizza Napoletana, hearth bread and roasts. Tool set not included.
